"I believe a place exists within each of us, A place where we have access to an ancient ancestral past, A place where we live in harmony with the earth, Where we are nature and nature is we.
I wish for my sculptures to stimulate our memory, To awaken our bodies’ sacred connection to earth. My goal as artist is to move from a place of intuition, Imagination and creation; To be as clear as possible to allow the passage of the sacred.
I hope my work will act as stepping-stones to our primal sacred selves".

This body of work called “Altars to the Earth” comes from a need to heal the sacred bond between the earth and ourselves.
My hope is to create a place to honor a simple stone with the intention to take a moment to consider the motivation of our lives. I believe a single moment can open us up to the vast mystery and the blessing of our existence.
In this moment we open to our similar fate and relationship to the stone. Like nature we have an impact on our surroundings as humans we have a choice of what that impact will be.
I trust by taking the moment to honor our existence we will naturally make the most loving of decisions in our life.
